Laurie Cudworth for her mother, Charlotte, celebrating her 92nd birthday this week
Lynn Hunwick for Black History Month remembrance of the great American singer, Marian Anderson, who sang for 75,000 at the Lincoln Memorial after having been denied Constitution Hall by the DAR
Lois Ville for her granddaughter, Scout, who turns 1 this week; for her brother-in-law, LeRoy, anticipating 3 surgeries; for Paul and Sachiko at home with pneumonia
Melanie Ramirez for Daniel, who had a cyst removed from his back this week and is recovering at home, for Clara who was in a car accident recently but is uninjured
Dona Smith –Powers for caregivers, especially for Melanie as she cares for her children
Jane Chin for Jin’s sister, Janie, who has been quite ill with pneumonia but is feeling better
For our friends at the Oshman Jewish Community Center in Palo Alto, which was evacuated due to a bomb threat this week (along with a couple dozen Jewish venues across the country)
Carolyn Shepard for Lynn Hunwick and family as they grieve the death of Marilyn
For Lucille Towner who fell and fractured vertebrae in her neck, recovering at home
